1. SALES EXECUTIVES
Location: Karnataka
Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Salary: Commensurate with experience
2. SALES MANAGER
The candidate will directly report to the Managing Director based out of the Corporate Office in Bangalore
– Possess relevant sales/marketing experience in the genset industry (Mandatory)
– Devise, drive and coordinate the sales strategy to meet the business plan and milestones.
– Meet the financial target of revenue and profitability
– Possess techno-commercial knowledge
– Pre-tendering support to sales
– Review/ Study contract terms and conditions
– Understand and interpret scope of work correctly and clarify on ambiguous clauses of contract
– Monitor commercial activity at sites to reduce financial exposure, other risks
– Ensuring payment receipts/ collection as per schedule across projects
– Trouble shooting techno-commercial issues for smooth flow of funds
– Compilation of monthly financial results and reporting to Management
– Exercise commercial judgment with respect to commercial / sales processes and controls
– Nurture principal relationship and customer relationship management in a CRM/ERP environment
– High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team based environment
– Proven record of delivering results
– Knowledge of commercial contracts and taxation
– Excise / ST / VAT / Service Tax matters
– LC / BG / Bank-related documentation
– EOU / SEZ transactions
Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Maharashtra, Kerala
Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
