Power source
- OJUS LEYPOWER genets meet the latest CPCB II emission norms, are environment friendly and are designed to work under arduous conditions.
- The sturdy, 4 & 6 cylinder, in-line, water cooled four stroke Ashok Leyland range of diesel engines yield continuous power, enabling the generator to operate round the clock, withprime duty of 100% load.
- The inherent construction design of the engine ensure easy serviceability, accessibility and maintenance, even inside an acouslic enclosure.
- The standard scope of supply includes a power pack unit comprising of radiator mounted with standard control panel.
RTU (Ready-To-Use ) Genset
- Powered by Ashok Leyland engine coupled with single bearing brushless alternator
- Equipped with standard safety features like Low Lube Oil Pressure(LOP), High Water Temperature(HWT) and Emergency Stop.
- Choice of standard or AMF control panel.
- In built with fuel tank, residential silencer and battery.

- Manufactured with CNC machines for precision finish and high quality

Genset Controller GC 1201
- Digitally controls the operation of the genset.
- Measures and displays parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Current, power Factor and Run Hours.
- Protects Genset by monitoring critical engines safety parameters.
- Supports Auto-Mains- Galore (AMF) function for single-phase and three-phase operation.
AMF control Panel
- Consists of a microprocessor based AMF control unit, which can operate on auto or manual mode. It monitors the engines safety parameters and alarm/trip conditions will be displayed on the front panel.
- Special alarm conditions include LLOP, HWT, overland, under/over speed, low fuel level. The controller comes with an inbuilt LVM and the parameters can be programmed to meet specific customer requirements.
- The display indication includes various conditions of operation which includes, Load on mains Load on DG , Mains Healthy DG On, auto and manual mode.
- The control panel consists of a multi-function meter which display AC current, Voltage, frequency, Power factor, Kilowatt Hour.
