Power source
OJUS LEYPOWER gensets meet the latest CPCB II emission norms, are environment friendly and are designed to work under arduous conditions.
The sturdy, 4 & 6-cylinder, in-line, water-cooled four-stroke Ashok Leyland range of diesel engines yield continuous power, enabling the generator to operate round the clock, with a prime duty of 100% load.
The inherent construction design of the engine ensures easy serviceability, accessibility and maintenance, even inside an acoustic enclosure.
The standard scope of supply includes a power pack unit comprising of radiator mounted with a standard control panel.
RTU (Ready-To-Use ) genset
Powered by an Ashok Leyland engine coupled with a single-bearing brushless alternator.
Equipped with standard safety features like Low Lube Oil Pressure(LOP), High Water Temperature(HWT) and Emergency Stop.

Genset controller GC 1201
Digitally controls the operation of the genset.
Measures and displays parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Current, power Factor and Run Hours.
Protects the genset by monitoring critical engines' safety parameters.
Supports Auto-Mains- Galore (AMF) function for single-phase and three-phase operation.
AMF control panel
Consists of a microprocessor-based AMF control unit, which can operate in auto or manual mode. It monitors the engine's safety parameters, and alarm/trip conditions will be displayed on the front panel.
Special alarm conditions include LLOP, HWT, overland, under/over speed, and low fuel level. The controller comes with an inbuilt LVM, and the parameters can be programmed to meet specific customer requirements.
The display indication includes various conditions of operation, which include Load on mains, Load on DG, Mains Healthy, DG On, auto and manual mode.
The control panel consists of a multi-function meter which displays AC current, Voltage, frequency, Power factor, and Kilowatt Hour.
Note: Power rating as per standard reference condition as per BS 5514/ ISO 3046/ ISO 8528.
