The Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales growth by combining in-depth technical expertise with strong sales skills in the lift and general duty equipment market. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding technical requirements, designing tailored solutions, and managing complex sales processes. The Senior Sales Engineer will also mentor junior sales engineers and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and project teams.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lift and GD equipment market.
Understand and analyze customer technical requirements to propose optimal lift and related solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Lead complex sales cycles, including contract negotiation and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to discover new growth areas.
Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Manage key technical relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical panels to enhance market presence.
Support the smooth transition of projects from sales to implementation teams, ensuring client expectations are met.
Creating enquiries via cold call, sending quotation and doing regular follow ups, sending daily reports to the manager, sales order execution, commissioning and service coordination.
Discussing with the admin to preapare quote , sending commissioning request, commission , etc, meeting the customer along with manager for order closure and discussion, attending weekly and daily meeting, to know competetor details.
