Job Description

The Lead Generator – Sales and Marketing is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business leads to support the sales team. This role requires a motivated self-starter who is able to effectively communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands sales and marketing strategies and works closely with both teams to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Generation
  • Understanding Client Requirements:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and relevant industry events to build market
